More Photos of I Love Math Panelists

We are truly grateful to the panelists who visited Mustard Seed School on February 14.  They all gave up valuable time to take a day off and share some of the ways they use and enjoy math in their work and play.

We were blessed to have two alumni and two parents of MSS students.  Here are a few additional photos from the day.

Dr. Jennifer Knight sent in one of her solutions to
the One Third problem (see prior post). 
Dr. Knight was a panelist two years ago.
She is always with us in spirit on I Love Math Day.

It is hard to see, but Mr. Flores is holding a broken vaulting pole.
This pole once helped propel him more than 14 feet high
in pole vaulting competitions.  He still competes today.
